Shipping Updates and Policies


USPS and UPS has been losing packages. The issue unfortunately is growing as we get closer to the holidays! As stated in our FAQ and policies, We Do Not OFFER shipping refunds for lost packages since the shipping money is now of USPS and UPS and not the brand. If your package is marked as delivered, refunds of any kind will not be delivered.

Many packages are being stuck in pre-shipment or in-transit. Please be patient with us during this time.

If your package comes delayed wait a few days, if it doesn’t come within a few days of the tracking not updating, email the company respectfully or call USPS or UPS.

Understand there’s nothing we can do and most issues after a package has been shipped out can only be dealt with through the shipping carrier.

Here’s the list of common issues:

-Poor Tracking Updates: which means that it can say delivered or say in transit after it already delivered

-Lost or stolen packages

-Delayed packages

-Unscanned packages

When emailing us please be respectful!!! As there is nothing we can do once your package has been shipped. Read all shipping and return polices before buying from Any Business!
